Important Information for CRHA Customers: Radio Teleswitch (RTS) Meter Shutdown - How It Affects Your Electricity Supply
What is the Radio Teleswitch Service (RTS)? The Radio Teleswitch Service (RTS) is an older system that helps certain electricity meters switch between day and night rates. It was commonly used in homes with electric heating systems like storage heaters or immersion heaters. Introduced in the 1980s, this system is now outdated and will be switched off on 30 June 2025.

Mission Christmas - Cash for Kids
For Christmas 2023 the team at CRHA decided to donate to Cash for Kids Cornwall instead of doing Secret Santa. Today we have received a lovely thank you for our contribution.
