Being connected with our customers is one of our core priorities, we value it and so do our customers and that is why we have reintroduced our programme of customer visits. The programme provides the valuable opportunity for our team to meet with customers individually as well as spend time out in our rural neighbourhoods right across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

These visits are pre-arranged and give our customers the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns.  As a landlord it is important for us to ensure that our customers are enjoying their homes and that the neighbourhoods in which they live are maintained, clean and safe.  We pride ourselves on giving this service to all our customers and it is a perfect opportunity for CRHA to listen to our customers’ views and feedback and use their comments to make improvements to our services.
