Coads Green – Blacksmiths Meadow

The first phase of Blacksmiths Meadow was completed in November 2018.

The homes have double glazed windows, ground floor WC, off road parking for 2 cars and a private garden. An air source heat pump will provide hot water and under floor heating to the ground floor with radiators on the first floor.

The second phase of 3 homes is due for completion in January 2020.
