Chapel Close was completed in October 1990. All the properties have oil fired central heating with open fires. They are connected to a private septic tank, which means that tenants pay a service charge in addition to their weekly rent to cover the costs of emptying and maintaining the tank and associated infrastructure. There are allocated bays for parking.
