Minster Meadow was completed in April 1992. All the properties have electric heating with open fires. The houses are connected to a private sewage treatment plant and tenants pay a service charge in addition to the weekly rent to cover the costs of servicing and maintaining the treatment plant. There are some communal areas and each property has an allocated parking bay. Our properties at Manaccan were featured for many years on the cover of the former Housing Corporation’s Rural Strategy (unfortunately without being credited).
