Park An Keres was completed in March 2015. All the homes have gas central heating. The properties are connected to a sewage pump for which a service charge is levied in addition to the weekly rent to cover the costs of servicing and maintenance. The houses have allocated driveways to accommodate 2 vehicles per property, a grassed area to the front and gardens at the rear.
