The development of Long Moor was completed in two phases.
The first phase was completed in December 1998 and consists of 6 properties. Phase one has 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom bungalows. All the properties have electric heating and open fires.
The second phase was completed in July 2003 and consists of 5 properties. Phase 2 consists of 2 three bedroom houses, 2 two bedroom houses and 1 two bedroom bungalow. All properties have oil-fired central heating.
Some of the properties have driveways and there is allocated parking.
