Sandy Close was completed in November 1994. All of the properties have gas central heating and the 3 bedroom properties also have open fires. There is allocated parking with some parking bays adjacent to them. The homes were acquired as completed units from a larger housing association as part of a “property swap” which resulted in a new increase of 4 homes for CRHA.
