Phase 2 of the development in Old Town at Castle Cottages and Ennor Close was completed in January 2006.
The properties have ground source heat pumps providing heating and hot water. The hot water supply is supplemented by roof-mounted solar panels. All properties are connected to a rainwater harvesting system which collects rainwater and recycles it for use in flushing toilets etc. The properties have allocated parking bays.
