The Triangle was completed in March 2016. The development consists of 25 properties, 15 to rent and 10 shared ownership homes which have been sold to qualifying local people.
The homes have electric heating and photovoltaic panels and benefit from high levels of insulation and double glazing. All properties have private gardens and off street parking.
The Triangle has been developed on land given to CRHA by Landewednack Parish Council.
