Work is now underway on our first new affordable rural homes scheme in nearly five years, even better this mix of 13 homes in Jacobstow, North Cornwall will all be for social rent, are designed for the future and will give back to the natural environment making a huge difference to this rural community.
We will be building 2 x 1 bedroom bungalows (2 person), 1 x 2 bedroom bungalow (4 person), 2 x 1 bedroom houses, 5 x 2 bedroom houses and 3 x 3 bedroom houses.
These properties will not be available until September 2024, however, interested applicants can apply direct to CRHA to be placed on the "interested parties" register for this development.
