In November 2020, the Government published its Social Housing White Paper, setting out plans for a new consumer regulation regime. One element was the requirement that the Regulator of Social Housing develop clear and comparable tenant satisfaction measures. These measures should apply to all social landlords and cover the areas that matter to their tenants.

Everything You Need To Know About Tenant Satisfaction Measures

The tenant satisfaction measures are designed to give customers meaningful information about your landlord and help the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) ensure that consumer standards are met.

As a small housing provider CRHA undertakes these surveys every two years and the 2025/26 survey went live on 1st April 2025.

It is your opportunity to tell us how we are doing and help improve our service standards.  All levels of dissatisfaction are followed up so by taking the time to complete the survey really does make a difference.
