The transfer of new homes took place on 1st August 2024 and the development consists of 7 one bedroom bungalows for over 55's. These properties are subject to a Section 106 Agreement.
We are delighted to announce the transfer of Hanover Court on the Isles of Scilly from Anchor to Cornwall Rural Housing Association Limited. This project has taken nearly two years to complete and this week we welcomed our new customers including Kathleen! to the CRHA family
