What our Customers think

We are taking a new approach to gaining Customer insight on what our Customers think of the homes that they live in and the services that CRHA provides. This is in line with the Regulator of Social Housing's new Tenant Satisfaction Measures. In our first quarter we are really pleased with the feedback that we have received.
