Here are the details of some of the community land trusts CRHA has worked with:

Cornwall Community Land Trust

Historically, CRHA was involved in setting up Cornwall Community Land Trust as an independent organisation to help develop local community-based housing solutions. Cornwall Community Land Trust (CCLT) was established in 2007 as part of our Cornwall Community Land Trust Project. It is now a separate independent organisation with no direct links to CRHA.

St Goran Community Land Trust

St Goran Community Land Trust Ltd was established in 2013 by a group of local business people and retired professionals to redevelop two church rooms and three one-bedroom flats opposite St Goran Church to provide five modern one-bedroom flats at affordable rents for local people.

CRHA is currently providing management services to St Goran CLT.

St Minver CLT Limited

CRHA supported the establishment and development of St Minver CLT by providing advice and guidance through our Community Land Trust Project Manager.

CRHA also assisted St Minver CLT on its second project by providing 8 self build plots for the CLT with an additional 4 rented homes being provided by CRHA.

St Just in Roseland CLT Limited

CRHA supported the establishment and development of St Just in Roseland CLT by providing advice and guidance through our Community Land Trust Project Manager.

St Ewe Affordable Homes Limited

CRHA and SEAHL worked together on a joint development completed in January 2011 providing two homes for rent via CRHA and 4 homes for sale via SEAHL.

Percy’s Meadow, Blisland

CRHA built thirteen homes completed in December 2009, 7 of which were for rent by CRHA with 6 being sold to qualifying local people.

CRHA built sixteen homes completed in March 2011, 6 of which were for rent by CRHA with 10 being sold to qualifying local people.

The Peninsula Trust

CRHA worked with The Peninsula Trust to provide support with their application to become a Registered Provider.
