How can we help?

Welcome to the website of Cornwall Rural Housing Association

Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA) is a leading provider of good quality affordable rural homes across Cornwall and on the Isles of Scilly.

CRHA provides a mix of affordable and social rental homes as well as providing shared ownership opportunities making a real difference to nearly a thousand local people in our rural communities.

We are also a developing association, aiming to provide more new affordable homes in conjunction with our partners, Homes England and Cornwall Council.

CRHA was also a founder member of the Rural Housing Alliance and actively supports the work of the Alliance.

    As many of you know, we are currently conducting our bi-annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey, and we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our customers who have already taken the time to share their feedback.
