What is Radon?
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is formed by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water. In Cornwall, elevated levels of radon are prevalent compared to other regions in the UK, particularly in the South West. Tenant Satisfaction Survey
In November 2020, the Government published its Social Housing White Paper, setting out plans for a new consumer regulation regime. One element was the requirement that the Regulator of Social Housing develop clear and comparable tenant satisfaction measures.
