David, Chief Executive

David has been Chief Executive since 2021, after relocating to Cornwall from the Northwest. David has significant experience of working across most areas of the social housing sector in various senior positions as well as holding non-Executive roles in health, education, community safety and joint ventures.

Away from work, David is a keen runner and enjoys spending time in the countryside and on the beach with his partner and their two dogs.

Tanya, Governance & Business Services Manager

Tanya has lived in Cornwall all her life where she enjoys spending time cooking, entertaining and socialising with family and friends. She is a keen walking netballer and especially loves watching and playing tennis. Her other great joy is travelling, exploring new places and relaxing on holiday with her husband.

Angie, Head of Homes & Customers

Angie has worked in social housing since 1996 having worked for a number of registered providers. As an employee of CRHA for the past twelve years she oversees the delivery of tenancy management, customer, and property services. As a member of the Leadership Team and the Health and Safety lead, Angie plays a key role in ensuring CRHA’s operations run smoothly and safely.

Angie has called Cornwall home for the past 33 years and loves everything Cornwall has to offer. Outside of work, she’s a keen netball enthusiast both playing and coaching in the Cornwall netball league. When she’s not on the court, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Dee, Head of Finance

Dee loves spending time exploring Cornwall's glorious beaches and stunning countryside with her family. She's at her happiest by the water, whether that's on it, in it, walking beside it, or watching it.

Scott, Property Services Manager

Scott joined CRHA in December 2024 and brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience in social housing especially in the delivery of property services functions.

Scott is proud to be Cornish and call Cornwall his home. Outside of work Scott likes to spend time with his family (including his 2 dogs), going on family holidays and playing the Cornet for his local brass band.

Neil, New Homes Delivery Lead

Neil joined CRHA in July 2022 where he focusses on the delivery of much needed new affordable homes throughout Cornwall. When not at work Neil is a bit of a ‘petrol head’ so enjoys watching live motorsport – basically cars going round and round. He also enjoys rugby and is a season ticket holder at Exeter Chiefs supporting his favourite team at all their home games.

Nicky, Tenancy Management Officer

Outside of work, Nicky finds balance and joy by spending quality time with her family and soaking in the natural beauty of Cornwall, the place she has proudly called home all her life.

Lauren, Tenancy Management Officer

Lauren is a proud Cornish local with a love for the beach and a good cup of coffee. When she's not at work, you will usually find her keeping up with her lively 3-year-old or trying to stop her mischievous French bulldog from getting into trouble.

Steve, Property Services Officer

Steve joined CRHA in August 2023 as a qualified project manager, transferring his contractor management expertise into the housing sector. His favourite part of the job is meeting the customers pets, and outside of work, he is a fitness fanatic often found running around Cornwall, spending time in nature and participating in cold water therapy.

Melina, Finance Business Partner

Melina joined CRHA in August 2024 as a member of the finance team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and getting outside to enjoy nature.

Hayley, Finance Business Partner

Hayley is a dedicated and active individual who balances life as a parent to a child under one with a love for fitness and the outdoors. With three energetic dogs by her side, she enjoys getting out for walks and spending time on the beach, where she can unwind and recharge. The gym is her second home-a place where she finds both strength and focus amid the demands of daily life.

Lauren, Business Administrator

Lauren has lived in Cornwall all her life and loves everything about it—from the beaches to the countryside. Coming from a big, close-knit family, she shares her days with her beloved cocker spaniel. She enjoys the simple things in life: spending time with loved ones, shopping for new clothes, and heading off on holidays whenever she gets the chance.

Martha, Business Administrator

Martha is a local girl who has called Cornwall home her entire life. As a proud mother of two energetic children, her life is always full of adventure. Their favourite place to be is the beach, whether they're playing in the sand or swimming in the sea, it’s where they feel most at home.
