This is a reminder that your rent will be increasing from Monday 6th April.

Please ensure you take the appropriate action depending on how your rent is paid:

If you receive Universal Credit (UC):

You will need to update your UC journal with the new rent amount from 6th April. This is your responsibility, and it’s important to report the change promptly so your housing costs remain accurate.

If you receive Housing Benefit:

You do not need to do anything. We will notify the Housing Benefit team of the new rent amount on your behalf.

If you pay by Standing Order, Bank Transfer, or any other manual payment method:

Please make sure you amend your payments so they reflect the new rent amount from 6th April. This will ensure your account remains correct and up to date.
