What does STAIRs mean for you?
STAIRs stands for Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement Scheme.
This scheme ensures that social housing tenants can easily access information about how their homes and services are managed.
Most of the information we are required to publish under STAIRs is already available on our website. To make it easier to find, we’ve included helpful links below which will take you directly to the relevant pages.
Governance and Decision Making
Find out more about how Cornwall Rural Housing Association is governed and how key decisions are made by exploring the links on the right-hand side of this page. These resources include information about our senior staff and organisational structure, along with our decision-making policies and processes. You can also view our complaints prioritisation procedure and learn how we ensure complaints are managed in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
The Policies and Procedures page contains decision-making policies but also any policies relating to the management of social housing that may affect you.
